From Montaione to the Nederlands by bike - The start

Is well known that Tuscany, and in particular Montaione, is the ideal place for those who love cycling holidays. For that reason our guests don’t loose the opportunity to rent our mountain bike and explore the surrounding territory thanks to a wide range of country tracks for more than 50 kilometres.
There is no bounds to the sportsmanship of Piè di Costa’s guests. In fact Mr. Louis Linders, one of our guests who has spent an holidays with its family and some other friends, is arrived in Tuscany by plane, and has decided to make and unforgettable experience: a travel with his bike from Piè di Costa to Someren in the Nederlands!

To carry out this fantastic challenge, Louis will cover 1600 kilometres with his bike by way of Florence, Verona, Trento, going through the alps from Brennero and Arlberg pass in Austria to Bregenz. From here he will go through Germany and than to the Nederlands.
We really feel to make our best wishes to Louis and we invite all our guests – not to come back home by bike ;-) – but to take the opportunity to experience Tuscany countryside by bike and take home the remember of an unforgettable holiday.
