The pruning of Olive trees

In agriculture, every period of the year is important to make different works to get a good crop. In particular, march is the best month for pruning olives trees. Pruning consists in cutting branches that has already made olives the year before. In this way the olive trees will grow up better and stronger, and after the blossoming (between may and june) the plant will make olives until the harvest usually between the end of October and first days of December.
